I come to you across Swindon and up to 60 miles in any direction. Visits are unhurried: we'll sit down, you'll show me what's been bothering you, and I'll work through it at a pace you're comfortable with. If there's something to learn, I'll show you, write it down if that helps, and check you're happy before I go.
I hold an MSc in Computer Networking and Cyber Security, and I previously worked as a field technician with a UK internet provider, so I've been in plenty of homes solving plenty of problems. I'll arrive on time, take my shoes off if you'd like me to, and treat your home with the same respect I'd want shown to mine.
