Wi-Fi that drops out, won't connect, or keeps disappearing — we investigate properly and find what's causing it.
Intermittent problems are the hardest to fix because they don't show themselves when you want them to. The Wi-Fi works fine all day, then drops out for ten minutes in the evening. The signal vanishes when the microwave is on. The connection holds for a video call right up until the important bit.
We approach this properly. That means monitoring the network over a longer period to catch the dropouts when they happen, checking router logs for clues, looking at what other devices are doing at the same time, and ruling out the most common causes one by one — interference, overheating routers, firmware bugs, ISP-side issues, a router that's on its way out.
Some of these we can fix during the visit. Others need a few days of monitoring before we can be sure. We're honest about which is which.
