Sometimes the problem isn't your internet — it's your computer's relationship with it. The phones work, the TV streams happily, but your laptop keeps dropping the connection, refuses to find the network, or grinds to a halt on a video call. Frustrating, and surprisingly common.
I'll look at the computer side of things specifically: drivers, settings, security software that's getting in the way, network profiles that have gone stale, and the dozen little things that can quietly stop a single machine from playing nicely with otherwise-good Wi-Fi.
If the broader network needs a look at too, I can do that — but often the fix is on the computer itself, and the rest of your kit can stay as it is.
