There's a big difference between someone fixing your tech and someone helping you understand it. Help and training sessions are about the second.
We sit down together — at your kitchen table, on the sofa, wherever's comfortable — and work on whatever you'd like to feel more confident with. That might be your phone, a tablet, a laptop, video calling family, online shopping, managing photos, spotting scam messages, or anything else that's been on your mind. There's no fixed curriculum: it's your time, on your tech, learning what's useful to you.
I'll go at your pace, never make you feel daft for asking, and write things down so you've got something to look back at. Short visits or longer sessions — whatever suits you.
I hold an MSc in Computer Networking and Cyber Security and previously worked as a field technician with a UK internet provider, so whatever you bring up, I'll know it well. I cover Swindon and up to 60 miles around.
