Microsoft Office — or Microsoft 365 as it's now called — is what most people use for letters, spreadsheets, email and keeping files in order. Getting it set up well makes the rest of your computer easier to live with.
I'll install the lot for you: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneDrive, signed into your account and ready to go. If you haven't bought a subscription yet, I can talk you through the Personal and Family plans and help you pick the right one — honest advice, no pressure.
I'll set up Outlook with your existing email (BT, Gmail, Outlook.com, Sky, whatever you use), get OneDrive saving your important files quietly in the background, and install everything on your phone or tablet too. If you're upgrading from an older version of Office, I'll move your files across so nothing goes missing.
By the end, everything will be where you expect it and saving the way it should.
